- Materials Prep: In addition to the materials that we will provide, we will email you the list of items that children will need before the start of camp that are common items in a household with elementary-aged children (e.g., paper, crayons/pencils, scissors, etc.) or that are common household goods that may be needed for the science lesson (e.g., salt, water) and the days that they are needed. If you can prepare the materials before the camp day, then the kids will have access to the materials that they will need.
- Technology Access: Some of our younger students don't have as much familiarity with computers. Before the first day of camp, please check Google Meets connectivity and teach them how to mute themselves. We will schedule a Tech Check and Practice the Tuesday and Wednesday before the first day of camp from 4:00 - 5:00 pm, where you can log in to a preset Google Meet so that your child can practice logging on and off and muting him or herself.
- Break Times: Break times are for kids to have an opportunity for movement, a snack, and a potty break, and they may a reminder to get back to the camp.
